This process is called "bedding."《Bedding method》While avoiding hard braking, raise the temperature of the disc rotor to around 500°C to make the brake pads and disc rotor contact each other.Once the contact is made, stop driving and let the disc rotor cool naturally to below 100°C. This completes the brake pad film on the disc rotor and the work.Some part numbers have a "ceramic coating" on the back plate to reduce heat conduction to the caliper piston.These brake pads are designed for full-scale racing use. The characteristics of the brake pads are affected by the machine, settings, brake calipers and other brake systems, the circuit, and the driver.
