The steering wheel offset of the Recaro is 12 mm closer to the door. It is 10 mm closer to the door compared to the factory seat. The slide amount is the same as the factory. *Only the power recliner can be installed on the Sportster and Cross Sportster. Notes / Interference information: We recommend that the RMS and RS/TS-G are offset 5 mm toward the console side to reduce interference with the door side. For the RMS, adjust the position to the optimal position (front/rear height, left/right offset 0/5/10 mm) using the separately sold RMS side adapter before installing. For the RS/TS-# series, the steering wheel offset can be adjusted in 5 mm increments from 5 mm to a maximum of 15 mm using the RS/TS-G offset adapter set (product number 1700001J). (When installing, please consult with your dealer regarding interference with the console side (shift, etc.)). *Manual recliners are not compatible with the Sportster and Cross Sportster, but power recliners can be installed. AM19 series (SPORT, STYLE, TREND) and IS-84 series (ERGOMED and ORTHOPAD) are not compatible due to interference with the belt anchor due to their structure.
