| Product Description | High road-holding performance improves grip levels The GReddy Performance Damper TYPE-S features a full-length adjustable damper that allows for ride height adjustment without sacrificing stroke. Even when the vehicle height is lowered, sufficient stroke is maintained, improving road compliance and grip levels. Both the front and rear are screw-type adjustments, allowing for precise ride height adjustments down to the millimeter. Wide range of damping control from circuit attack specifications to city driving level A special needle valve is used to enable full range damping control. The damping adjustment range is also set over a wide range, from circuit level when using S tires to street level close to normal. Generates excellent damping force even at low speeds The damper body is a monotube type with a large φ46 diameter piston that has a large pressure-receiving area, providing excellent initial damping response at low speeds.The thin-walled damper case also achieves both high rigidity and light weight. Pillow ball adjustable upper mount Strut vehicles are equipped with adjustable pillow ball type upper mounts as standard on the front. Scales on the left and right sides of the bearing mount allow for precise camber adjustment (excluding GR Yaris and Swift Sport). Reinforced rubber upper mount All vehicles except for front strut type vehicles are equipped with a highly quiet reinforced rubber upper mount. The use of 40mm thick damper rubber also provides excellent shock absorption. |
