To do this, it is important to increase the rebound stroke, and lowering the vehicle height will increase the rebound stroke (eg, if the down amount is 20 mm, the rebound stroke will increase by 20 mm). However, in order to increase the rebound stroke, if the vehicle height is lowered excessively, the stroke on the bump side will be insufficient, the damper will bottom out and the behavior will be easily disturbed, and the ride quality will be very poor. We conducted tests while measuring the stroke amount of each tire bump and rebound during running to find the optimum balance, and set the down amount to front -25 to -30 mm and rear -25 to -30 mm. In addition, the spring rate, which is another factor that determines the cornering performance, has been tested on various stages such as winding and mini circuit so that it will not be too high and impair the ride quality, and the front is 3.6kgf / mm and the rear is 2.7kgf /. It was set to mm (normal rate Fr / 2.0 kgf / mm Rr / 1.8 kgf / mm). The N-ONE becomes a more enjoyable car with a progressive spring that balances these requirements with improved stability by increasing the rebound stroke, lowering the center of gravity due to lowering the vehicle height and improving cornering performance by increasing the spring rate. to change.
